01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Nice99 uses this information to verify your identity through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the required documents are submitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share your login details with anyone. Nice99 will not be held responsible for any losses that result from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Nice99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports local Philippine payment methods including Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and select local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The availability of specific payment channels may change from time to time.

Nice99 does not accept credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency as a payment method for deposits or wagering. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method may result in the transaction being declined or delayed.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Nice99 may reject deposits from third-party sources and may require you to return any funds received from an account that does not match your registered details.

05 Withdrawals

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Nice99:
